After the Bomb Freeform Game - bios and stuff

This blog is designed to make a list of after the bomb characters involved in the freeform game on spacebattles.com

As characters are completed, they will listed here.

create your character on the following thread
http://forums.spacebattles.com/threads/rob-after-the-bomb-for-mutations-inquire-here.237176/

you do this in the following steps:

1. roll d100 (also known as d%) twice.
2. roll d% for background.
3. figure out mutations.  This can be done one of two ways:

a. prioritize the following:

bipedal
hands
voice
movement abilities (ex flight for birds, climbing for squirrels)
Size (the lower down the list, the smaller you are).
Looks (if you take none, you'll look like the animal, but if it's higher on the list, it will look more human-like).
natural weapons (beaks and talons for birds)

the purebreeds are already selected so I'll use that as my example

so for example the wesleydale sheep, if selected with abilities would be the following:
1. Hands: full
2. Bipedal: full
3. Size (84+2d6 inches tall, 400 +1d100 pounds)
4. Speech: partial
5. Looks: none
6. Natural weapons: none
7. Movement abilties: none

b. ask to have your bioe points listed and use them up until completed.

4. post info on spacebattles thread in the following format:

Name:
Critter:
Background:

Size:
Hands:
Biped:
Speech:
Looks:

Natural weapons:

Natural Abilties:

Other Notes:

equipment:
I'll allow hand weapons and basic firearms (nothing automatic) to begin with, but anything special has to be cleared (a bit of a pushover though for kewl) .

note this process may take several posts, but once done, will be added here.

one final note:

using the following book for the random tables

If you own it, feel free to help out others while I'm not online.  not using every rule, but there's enough to lay down a fun narrative structure.

A quick explanation on Speech, looks, bipedal and hands:

Speech:
-None: animal noises
-Partial: Can talk but poorly, bit like a parrot. People you know can understand you but strangers may have trouble.
-Full: Hull funam speech.

looks: full - you look like a human with your animals qualities
partial: you look vaguely human. might pass for a human in a bad light, but doubtful. you got your animals features, but they are downplayed
none: you are the the animal. any other changes still do not change the fact you look like a sheep (see that horrible picture on the previous page).

bipedal:
full: you walk like a human
partial: you're bipedal like a bear: can stand and fight, but usually move on all 4s
none: cannot stand upright without support

hands:
full: you have appendages that work like hands
partial: you have fingers and a nonopposible thumb...not pretty, but kinda works
none: natural paw or talon: you cannot pick up, grab, or se most tools.
